Refund & Exchange Policy
At Savage Fits, your happiness means the most to us. Every piece we create is made with care, and we want you to feel great wearing it. If something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’ll work together to make it better with an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused and unwashed
- No damage, stains, or signs of wear
- All original tags and labels attached
- Returned in the original packaging with invoice
How We Handle Refunds & Exchanges
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct one right away.
- If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit for the same value, which you can use toward any future purchase.
- To keep things smooth and fair, an unboxing video is required to proceed with defective or damaged claims. This helps us verify the issue quickly and resolve it without delay.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email support@savagefits.com with your order number and a short note.
- Attach your unboxing video (required to process defective/damaged claims) or photos.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
